A graphic and culinary performance in collaboration with Studio Plastac. Platform 1 at Metz railway station is a permanent theatre of people and machines in motion. These movements create constantly shifting graphic patterns. Interpreting this mobility, the designers propose a gigantic canvas destined to be eaten. Food becomes a ‘sign’, its material abstract.
A choreographed tasting
Reinterpreting the opening cocktail reception, the tasting is choreographed: the drawing evolves and food is distributed to the audience using strange tools handled by ‘croupiers’. The graphic composition transforms until it disappears.
