A dinner conceived in connection with a Hermès exhibition devoted to harness-making. Scenography and culinary design explore the visual language of stables and leather, echoing the exhibition’s theme.

Concept and art direction

Development of the overall concept, scenography and culinary design. Art direction in collaboration with graphic, sound and lighting designers, production follow-up and live event coordination, including cueing the different interventions during the dinner.
