A journey into the future

Future Earth is a journey into the future of planet Earth. The experience explores a post-Anthropocene world where a powerful, resilient nature has reclaimed its freedom, reinventing itself and flourishing without human intervention.

An exploration in six scenes

The dinner is conceived as an exploration of environments transformed over time. Each of its six scenes reveals a world where nature has reasserted itself. The dishes are imagined as the fruits of this new nature: strong, independent and exuberant.
