Clouds and Summits

For this second Hermès project in Taiwan, a culinary and spatial experience explores clouds and mountain summits.

Smoke, sound and coloured light compose a changing atmosphere. Throughout the dinner, guests move through different weather conditions: storm and stillness, sunrise and sunset. Food, sound and light all contribute to these transformations.

Concept and art direction

Development of the overall concept, scenography and culinary design. Art direction in collaboration with graphic, sound and lighting designers, production follow-up and live event coordination, including cueing the different interventions during the dinner.
